Such a pretty place. So many pretty things.
I loved these peaceful black benches looking over Chautauqua Lake. The autumn leaves fell so perfectly. I’m happy I photographed this when I did; after our recent winds, I’m sure the leaves are long gone.
The little church inside Chautauqua offers both Catholic and Episcopalian services on a rotating schedule. Did you know that Episcopal Church doors are traditionally painted red to serve as a welcome to all in need?
And – bar none – the most beautiful autumn tree I think I’ve ever seen.

Casey - I am shooting a family at Chautauqua tomorrow! It will be chilly, but there are still leaves!
. Btw … I have used the faux floor I purchased from you 2 years ago?? – a few times! If you go to my site and choose “newborn” or search up baby Graham, you will see one of many examples!
Take care!
