Category Archives: personal | stuff about us (page from IVF journal, 2005) It was brought to my attention yesterday – due to a facebook post celebrating Ava’s conception day!, which startled a few people into thinking “Boy, that Lisa really does like to SHARE, doesn’t she??” – that some of my newer friends may not be aware that Ava is here thanks…  I actually hate the word ‘Resolutions’ for a couple of reasons: 1) There’s no time like the present to make a positive change, be it a new year or a Wednesday in July and 2) because it results in WAY too many people taking up the equipment at the gym until approximately the 2nd…  Those of you who’ve been with me a long time know that I like to write a little note every December to those suffering through the pain of infertility. If you’re new to my blog, by way of backstory it took us almost two years of monthly treatments to conceive Aidan, then almost 4…  For those following my gardening adventure this year – if you recall, we started back in May with much promise! A beautiful raised bed, gorgeous plants, full sun. Only one month later, it looked like this. Abundant growing! July was just crazy with baseball and travels, so no update – but trust me, you could…  When Aidan was accepted onto one of our local travel baseball teams, I knew it would mean a huge time commitment – fundraising, traveling, practices, etc. What I didn’t realize was what it meant for our family. Weekends spent in beautiful parks with nothing to do but be together – with other families we enjoy… |
