I took these pictures in my parents’ neighbors’ garden over the summer. This will hang in my laundry room - I have deep burgundy walls in there, and I think the colors will look gorgeous. I’m also sending one to my mom to give to the neighbors as a gift (I hope they don’t read my blog!).
When you’re walking around with your camera, don’t forget to turn the lens away from faces and look at the world around you. You can create beautiful art out of everyday, mundane things. That’s what drew me to photography in the first place, all those years ago. Finding art in the everyday = priceless.
