jonathan and his amazing eyelashes

Have you ever in your life seen eyelashes as beautiful as sweet Jonathan’s?

I’m quite certain his wonderful parents got very tired of my exclaiming “He’s so CUTE!!” during our session, but my goodness what a joy this sweet baby boy was to photograph!

Most of my newly-sitting babies are very serious. Very intent. Soaking things in and concentrating on the task at hand. But as you can see, Jonathan was quite fascinated by me and my camera. That or he’s just laughing at the silly lady making squealing noises and funny faces at him. Yeah, it’s probably that. ;)

Charissa and Tyrone, thank you so, so very much for bringing your lovely boy to me to be photographed. I miss him already!

Collages & Wall Galleries Time! | Atlanta, Georgia Newborn, Child and Family Photographer

Collages and Wall Galleries (along with albums) are definitely my most popular products. Why? Because what good are family images if they’re not displayed – am I right?

So my job doesn’t end with taking and editing the pictures – I love helping my clients figure out how to display them. I always design a few standard collages to include in my client’s ordering gallery, but I’m also more than happy to custom-design a display using wall measurements, colors, and favorite images.

Anyway! I haven’t shared any in awhile (the fall was a bit hectic) – so here are some recent galleries and collages from my last few sessions.

Last Sneak Peek of 2008 | Riya | Atlanta Child and Family Photographer

So how is it possible that my adorable little ones just get MORE adorable as time goes on? Seriously. I think it’s nature’s way of making up for the personality volcano that’s soon to erupt (moms of 2 and 3 year olds – am I right or am I right?).

Well, if little Riya is any indication…her mom is in for a treat! Because this girlie….well, let me just show you, with one of my favorite images from our session:

Oh my goodness, those CHEEKS! This was my third time photographing Riya this year, and it’s just been such a treat. She turned ONE on Sunday (Happy Birthday!!) – here she is in her fancy party dress:

I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned her eyelashes in the past. But if not…

And some love from mom and dad…

Rohini and Ashish, thank you once again for sharing your beautiful girl’s first year with me!

Patterson | A Sneak Peek | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

Oh my goodness, can it be? TWO sneak peeks in one day? Oh yes!

Mr. P has a special place in my heart – and many of you may recognize him. I’ve been photographing him ever since he was still inside his momma’s perfect little belly. Now that he’s growing up (waahhh!), the fuzzy hair has flattened out, but he still has those amazing eyelashes!

I was quite pleased to find out that my Ava isn’t the only little stinker in town who has moved into the “do everything myself!” stage. Patterson? Oh yeah, he’s right there with her! ;) But look at that face! I’d forgive him anything.

Seriously, this family is so beautiful (inside and out!). What do we think? Abercrombie, J Crew, Ralph Lauren…Gap?

Donna, Johnny and Patterson – thank you for yet another amazing session! See you in February!

Hunter | A Sneak Peek | Kennesaw, Georgia Children’s Photographer

Phew! I’m still chugging along with sessions – trying to get everyone edited and live in time for the holidays! Thanksgiving put me behind by a few days – I thank all of my wonderful clients again for their patience.

Meet adorable little Hunter. Who has the BLUEST eyes I’ve ever seen. I did not retouch his eyes in any of these images – they just really are that blue!

We had a lot of fun inside where it was warm…

Then bundled up and headed outside in the *freezing* cold. And just like all of my other little troopers this Fall, while mom, dad and I were shivering, Hunter didn’t seem to mind the cold one bit!

I think I squealed when mom pulled out this hat. And I loved it so much, I ordered two (pink and blue) the minute I got home! Favorite!

And I’ll wrap up with a portrait of mom and dad. Are these two gorgeous or what??
