Rose | A Sneak Peek | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

Sweet little Rose. This girlie gave me a run for my money: Most of my little ones are happy for about 45 minutes or so - Rose decided she’d had enough of me after about, oh, 10 minutes!

We started out at a local park. Hello pretty girlie…

After I got this series, Miss Rose had had enough. And no amount of dancing, singing, or puppets was working. Luckily, home was close by, so I suggested she might be happier there. Bingo!

Look at these beautiful blue eyes…

Shannon, I hope you enjoyed your sneak peek - I’ll be in touch very soon with the rest of your session!

My latest finds…

Ever since this session with sweet Beckett, I’ve been on the hunt for a similar highchair. He was just so happy sitting there!

I tried to get Monica to part with hers, but she took it to Singapore with her, alas!

Well, after hunting for several months, I FINALLY had success yesterday at one of my favorite local antique marts!

Ava isn’t the intended audience for this chair (7-18 month olds), but she was happy about ok with being my model.

And while I was there, I couldn’t resist this little tricycle, bent wheels and all:

I picture my 12-36 month little boys on this little gem. I love that the bell rings!

To conclude this post, I want to say that my heart and thoughts go out today to all of the children who lost  a parent on 9/11/01. I was watching the reading of the names this morning and it reminded me yet again of the staggering number of families that were affected, and how different our world is today. A huge thank you to all of the servicemen and -women who are out there making sure it doesn’t ever happen again.

How did this happen?

My baby is three (3!!!) today.

(more later, but I’m behind on sneak peeks - adorable little sweetie who is NOT 3 coming up soon!)

Charlotte at 9 Months: A Sneak Peek

It’s always fun for me to see where my little ones are at this stage - sitting, crawling, standing or walking. The adorable Miss Charlotte? Was ON THE MOVE.

Her poor mom had to sit her down about 10 times before I could catch that coveted ‘bare baby bottom on the wood floor’ shot. I’m sharing this one, though because her little face is SO cute!

Look at this backyard. I think when I walked back there and saw the stones and the little waterfall, my first words were “Can I bring all of my clients here??” Look at this cutie - and I LOVED her flowery dress.

These leaves were so pretty - it’s fig!

The whole lovely family…

The only problem was water + humidity + heat + trees = mosquitos! It didn’t take long for them to find us, so we quickly ran out front. And there I found this amazing reflected light…

I love her little smocking dress with the wagon. And knuckle dimples! We finished up the session with some indoor shots, but - like I said - I have too many favorites already!

Mike and Jessica, I hope you enjoyed your sneak peek! Thank you for letting me photograph your adorable little sweetie!
