Emma Grace | A Sneak Peek | Cartersville Child Photography

This was my 3rd session with sweet Emma Grace. And this time we had ourselves an adventure! We met up in beautiful downtown Cartersville, where the trees were glowing with amazing fall color:

Look at this smile - this girlie is such a joy!

There’s a soda shop in downtown that’s a bit of a landmark with a big ‘Coca Cola’ mural on the side. We walked down the side to get it into a few shots, and discovered the most *amazing* abandoned <ahem> shack? I do believe I giggled and did a happy dance when I saw it. I had to run back to the car to get my brand new (but really old) crate. It was PERFECT for the location!

The mural…

And then Brad took Emma Grace inside and I took some shots of her through the window - so fun! (if you look close, you can see me in the one on the right - I stayed out of most of the shots, but ended up in this one. ;)

Allison and Brad: Thank you for sharing your sweet girlie with me this past year!

Josephine at 1 Year: A Sneak Peek

So this little sweetie holds a special place in my heart. She is the first wee bitty that I’ve photographed 4 times. She was in her momma’s belly the first time, but that counts, right?? We met up recently on an absolutely perfect fall day for her 1 year session.

Seriously. I dare you to look at this face and not burst into a grin so big it hurts your cheeks.

All together now: “Awwwwww…..”

Miss Josephine has reached “that age” where she wants to walk - by herself. Don’t even THINK about holding her hand. She can do it HERSELF, thank you very much (all the moms of little girls out there are nodding their heads in understanding).

Rosemary had one specific request: She wanted a few pictures of she and Jim. And while I have several where they’re both looking, this was by FAR my favorite because it is SO them. Rosemary smiling and Jim laughing.

And here is sweet Josephine with her gorgeous mommy…

Jim and Rosemary, thank you so much for trusting Josephine’s precious first year memories with me. It’s been an absolute joy!

Sophia at 17 Months & Baby in a few Weeks: A Sneak Peek

I have to jump right in with this shot. I know it’s the mom in me, but I just love it so much…I think because my little girl doesn’t climb onto chairs anymore, she stacks them so she can launch herself off of them onto the couch. But I digress! Definitely a favorite!

How cute are those little boots??? They’re *almost* as cute as the girlie wearing them…

Sophia’s beautiful mama is expecting another darling baby next month…

I have so many favorites from our session. This is definitely another one…

Speaking of babies <ahem>, Dad has a couple of his own…

Is that not beautiful? If you look closely, you can see dad’s reflection…see him?

I grew up in a car-loving family, so photographing this car was definitely a treat for me. Just look at this dashboard!

There’s a matching pink one in the garage - but I have plans for that one that involve a newborn baby girl and her big sister. Hmmm…. ;)

Cristina, Joe and Sophia, thank you for a lovely session. I can’t wait to meet your new little one next month!

Eva at (almost) 2 & Nora at (almost) 8 Months: A Sneak Peek

I first photographed sweet little Eva just about a year ago - her mom was expecting Nora at the time, and now she’s here!

She looks so much like her big sister!

I loooove this series of Eva (dancing to her favorite song, sung by her sweet parents!). Doesn’t she look like she’s playing a mean air guitar in that 2nd to last one?

More of sweet Eva…

And adorable little Nora…

A mommy moment…

And you all know I can’t resist a little chubby baby bottom…

We wrapped up the session at a GORGEOUS nearby duck pond…

Justin and Tracy: Thank you for yet another wonderful session!!
