Seriously, how beautiful is this sweet wee one? I swear, when she came in and I saw her hair, her amazing eyes, the soft pink footie pajamas (my clients are well aware of my fondness for footed jammies)…I believe I squealed out loud. Mackenzie is quite simply a stunningly beautiful baby.
Her mom Alyssia told me she loves to read the stories on my blog…and knew I’d share theirs. But all I will say is that the soft pink jammies only made it through a few shots. Let’s just say that a recent addition of rice cereal to her diet + a full bottle of formula in the car ride + rolling around on the bed in my studio….. (all of the experienced moms are nodding their heads, knowing EXACTLY what happened).
And, per usual, these mishaps don’t bother the wee ones at all, and we carried on as happy as could be.
And I will finish up with my favorite image of the session – I have a very similar image of Ava when she was this age, and it is my all-time favorite memory of her. Just pure baby peacefulness.
