The ‘P’ Family: A Sneak Peek

Seriously? I have so many favorites from this session I think the hardest part was choosing which ones to post for the sneak peek!

Meet sweet little Breanna. 4 years old. Loves the camera. Absolutely precious.

And her very handsome big brother Dhruv. 7 years old. Plays tennis and golf. Going into 2nd grade. Dodgeball champion.

And the whole family together…

I’m a sucker for candid daddy shots…

Favorite!!

At the end of the session, mom asked if I could take some family portraits in their Indian clothes. Absolutely!!

Is there any light yummier than doorway light? I think not.

A & S: Thank you for a wonderful session!!

Their skin is absolutely beautiful. I love the glow of light on their faces. I’m ready for some more Q&A posts! I can’t wait to hear what you have to teach next!

Lisa, Lisa, Lisa…I’m more blown away each time I stop by your site. This family is really beautiful it’s true…but your photographs are stunning! You must promise me that if you every get out to Southern California, you contact me. We will be waiting for you. I’ve been looking for a photographer to take professional pictures of my family and really, it’s not because I know you and love you…but I have yet to be impressed by any photographer the way I am each time I stop by your site. It’s true! Now, let me put my Lisa Russo cheerleading pom-poms down and say again that these photographs are amazing!

Hi Lisa! I am a very new portrait photographer (still in the learning phase..LOL). I have done lots of practice shoots and am having the most fun in my entire life doing them and then taking them home to see what I’ve “got”. It’s like opening a present! I stumbled across your website when I googled photographers to look at other people’s work for inspiration and hopefully to pick up lots of good photography tips!! And may I just say, you are my absolute favourite so far. I am totally in awe of your photography. I LOVE the way your pics come out. The eyes are so CLEAR and BRIGHT and the skin and hair so SOFT!!!! Please, please, please tell me what camera and lens(es) you use!!!! I know most of it is talent and experience as well, but I am just so curious!!!! Thankyou so much for your time…….your new faithful blog-reader!!!
