I’ll be back in 2008 - Happy Holidays to everyone!

…and a personal message to anyone out there suffering from the pain and injustice of infertility. Been there, done that. And I KNOW how hard this season can be. Every day brings new pain. But know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. There is. There is a child out there for you. Whether that child comes from you - or is a gift from elsewhere - there is a child out there for you. And once he or she comes into your life, these painful holiday seasons will be but a distant memory. Trust me on that one. I’ll be thinking of you…

It’s so unusual for me to have the smallest child on the stage (or anywhere, for that matter).

Isn’t she precious (she’s the eensy one in the middle). Forgive the bad shot - with 2 year olds there was no clear shot the entire time - always someone fiddling.

Did I cry? Yes. Reading the program. I admit I’m a complete, unadulterated sap when it comes to my kids. There never has been - or will be - a school program during which I don’t shed a tear or two.

In other news, the little monster has started climbing (falling?) out of her crib. We moved it down to the very bottom rung last night, so fingers crossed that it holds her for another couple of months. Good thing she’s cute!
