Monthly Archives: May 2010 I photographed James’ older brother Jude as a newborn back in 2008. What an honor it is to photograph the newest member of the family! Isn’t he perfect? Sweetest lips ever… Joli and Chris, congratulations on your growing family and thank you for letting me be a part of capturing your memories!  That’s all I did. Really. How did this happen? I remember that first day so vividly – he couldn’t WAIT to go to school. New sneakers, Target t-shirt, Carter’s shorts. New little velcro sneakers. TMNT lunchbox. Spitting image of his dad. Only child. He would turn 5 the very next day, and let me walk…  rarely stops moving. loves pink and twirly dresses. owns any room she enters. loves her daddy, swimming, lulu, painting, going to the gym, and playing outside. doesn’t eat much for lunch or dinner, but would eat from 2:00 until 5:00 non-stop if i let her. has decided that she wants to be friends with girls…  They’re my absolute favorite flowers. Hydrangeas remind me of springtime, weddings, and pretty girls in dresses. Even though they’re a different bloom, they remind me of the lilacs that grew outside the kitchen door of the house I grew up in. I miss that lilac bush. The colors are so delicate – the way the…  I met darling Caroline on an absolutely perfect morning. Isn’t she beautiful? Toddler sessions are always an adventure – this is the age where baby is really finding her way, learning to express her opinion, and fully (!) expects to be the boss.
