This family is so special to me. I first met mom Paula in August 2004, when my then-4 year old son Aidan walked into her Kindergarten classroom. He was with her through 1st grade and she set him on his path to a love of reading and learning. And for that I will always be grateful (even though I can’t convince her to return to the classroom to do the same for my Ava, but that’s another story!).
Then almost 3 years ago I began photographing her beautiful family. First big brother Jack when he was a wee newborn, and now as a big brother to his sweet new baby sister Maggie:
