Ok, so you all know I love my babies. But what a treat it was to photograph this adorable (almost) 5 year old sweetheart:

We chatted about her love of cotton candy ice cream, how she preferred the pink dress to the brown (what girl wouldn’t, right?), and the two birthday parties she had later that day: One at a karate studio and one at a cooking school. Miss Avery has a social life that puts mine to shame!

Martha - Beautiful little girl, beautiful pictures. She looks like a young version of senior pics!
Lisa, what lens do you use to shoot outside and what do you think is the best “baby” lens? Wanting a new lens but not sure what to get first.
