After going through a brief ‘shower’ phase, Ava discovered the tub in our bathroom. It has since become her favorite late afternoon activity.
She has a whole box of bath toys (most of which didn’t start out that way, but you know how that goes…), sometimes wants bubbles, sometimes not, but she will sit in that tub and play for an hour. I sit in a comfy chair with my book and listen to her. Is there anything more wonderful than the sound of a child playing happily? Nope.

my daughter loves bath time too…i am thinking about trying out some bubbles. i usually pluck my brows or paint my toes while she is happily splashing about

becky - Those pictures make me really miss that stage. Love the joy she is showing in all those pictures. Mine could play in the bath for hours. Now she takes hour long showers and no one is allowed in the room
