I always say that once newborns hit that 2 week mark, they suddenly wake up and say “Hey, I’m here! What have I been missing?! There’s a PARTY?! Nobody told me!”
And little Laura here, at almost 3 weeks, was no exception. She was wide awake and ready to have some fun.
The good news is this means I can get some fun wide awake shots like this one. And she was just as happy as could be.
But after a good meal, lots of bouncing and a really hot room…ahhhh…..Favorite!
You all know I have a rather extreme fondness for baby tootsies…

Mom Lauren told me she was especially fond of all of my basket shots and asked if we could include some. Oh yeah! And since we had the session here at my house, I had them all on hand to choose from…
