I first met little ‘P’ when he was still inside his mommy’s tummy. The next time I met him, he was an adorable little newborn:
(‘P’ was also the baby-in-a-basket who won my contest this winter!).
Well this weekend I got to visit with him again. And look how he’s grown!
Ok, the hair. Is it not the CUTEST thing ever?? Oh my goodness, going through these images my face hurt from smiling. ‘P’ was happy and smiling the entire session. Even when he wasn’t too happy about sitting his little naked bottom on the chilly floor.
I loved this big old heavy mirror during our other sessions – we got to use it this time. Want to make a baby happy? Let them talk to their reflection!

Wanna know what makes him laugh? Rubbing your hands together. Too funny!
Remember my antique wagon? Well, Mr. P’s momma wrote to tell me she could picture a pretty girl in a dress sitting in it. I wrote back that I pictured a sweet little boy in denim. So it’s ONLY fitting that the first sweet little one to be photographed in it was…
Oh yeah!
(funny aside: in typical boy fashion, right after this shot, P decided that handle looked pretty yummy to munch on – so we had to put it down. lol)
LOVE!!! The hair, the cheeks, the browns, the greens, the little elbow dimple…sigh…
